1 - When Can I Request A Refund?

 

In Short: Within 24 hours of the initial purchase.

 

We allow 24 hours from when you initially purchase product(s) from our website. This gives us enough time to cancel the order from going into production.

 

2 - Why Can I No Longer Request A Refund?

 

In Short: We need enough time to notify production.

 

Each order is made to order. Each order is also custom made with various design possibilities. We need enough time to cancel the order before the order is placed into production. After 24 hours, we can no longer issue a refund due to the product already being made customly and on its way to be delivered.
